Mobile app to boost customer experience and grow Ducati community

I designed a mobile app for Ducati riders to elevate the customer experience and position Ducati as more than a motorcycle brand, creating a lifestyle ecosystem. The app was strategically crafted to strengthen brand loyalty and grow the Ducati community by addressing riders’ passion for connection, performance, and personalization.

Through user research, we identified key needs such as engaging with fellow riders, tracking and sharing riding experiences, and maintaining a strong relationship with the brand. To meet these goals, we designed a platform that includes a community hub where riders can share stories, discover and plan routes, join local events, shop for merchandise, and connect with others based on shared interests.

These features fostered a sense of belonging and opened new opportunities for revenue growth and customer retention by deepening engagement within Ducati’s ecosystem.
